Rescheduling, Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

I will always do my very best to be helpful and flexible wherever I can. 

However, as a small clinic, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked session fee.

Missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the session fee.

I truly don’t enjoy having to enforce this policy and have tried to avoid doing so, but as a small business it is very difficult to fill appointment slots at short notice. Your understanding helps me keep the clinic running smoothly for everyone.
